Whether you are just starting out, want to further your skills,  or just learn your way around Rotorua's Redwood Forest, we would love to help you out. Take a day with one of our coaches to learn new skills, new trails, and have a great time with a group of friends or family, your partner, or one-on-one with your own coach.

Mountain Bike Skills Clinics are available in Rotorua where there is choice to ride trails that range from nice and easy grade 1 all the way through to steep and technical grade 5 to really challenge your skill level.

We help people who are just getting into mountain biking right through to people who have been riding for years and just want to get better to achieve goals or just get tips on things they just can't quite master.

How your day will look

Your day will begin in town at 9.30am, you will meet with your coach at the Redwood Forest in Rotorua to discuss the day before heading into the forest to ride. Your instructor will tailor the day to you. You will spend roughly 3 hours in the morning that will include a few short trails so that your instructor can observe your skills and abilities before really getting into the coaching side of things.

Once you get hungry we will head to a nearby cafe, have a break and some lunch before heading out in the afternoon for another 2-3 hours of fun before finishing around 3.30pm to review the day with a delicious local beer. You will then be ready to go shred and practice your new skills!

If you have something specific that you would like to improve on or these look a little advanced, just get in touch because chances are we can help. We also offer special courses for ladies. Either join a group or get a group of friends together and come have some fun and get your confidence up. We offer a cheaper half day options for ladies who are starting out or are wanting to just go and have a laugh with friends. We also offer these as mixed courses for those who would like an Intro to Mountain Biking, improve on Cornering, or a little more advanced for those that would like to get into some Jumps and Drops.
